Spider-Man Editor Nick Lowe Joins the Glass Cannon Network for MARVEL MULTIVERSE RPG Actual Play

Marvel revealed yesterday that it teamed up with the Glass Cannon Network to produce a Marvel Multiverse RPG actual play one-shot. The two-hour long event features improv and superheroics, following as a group of heroes called The Good Enoughs try to find a missing Bruce Banner. The one-shot features a cast of performers led by The Narrator (the game system’s version of a Dungeon/Game Master) and includes  Skid Maher, Joe O’Brien, Matthew Capodicasa, Sydney Amanuel. The team is rounded out by Spider-office editor Nick Lowe.

The one-shot actual play serves a double purpose beyond entertaining audiences by providing a look into rules and mechanics from the game system. The video feed showcases page numbers for rules and character elements, making it an excellent resource for budding Narrators or players. Similar games were played by Marvel creatives like Jim Zub and the Glass Cannon Network over the last year at San Diego Comic-Con, New York Comic Con, and Gen Con.

The two-plus hour long playthrough can be seen below:

The Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game and Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game: The Cataclysm of Kang are now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Roll20, Demiplane, Target and wherever books are sold! Check out the video now and for more information visit marvel.com/rpg
