Marvel announces that a new limited series will feature Spider-Punk as its headliner, rising in popularity thanks to his appearance in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. The book features Cody Ziglar’s scripting and Justin Mason’s illustrations. Titled Spider-Punk: Arms Race, the series continues from Ziglar and Mason’s last limited series for the character, this time following as Hobie Brown works to rebuild society after defeating his universe’s Norman Osborne. The series, which launches in February, also promises new villains for this reality, including Justin Hammer, Doc Ock, and Spider-Slayers.
To go along with the announcement, Marvel has revealed Takashi Okazaki’s cover for issue one and a trailer for the series. Both can be seen below:
