This past Saturday, Mutant Watch was joined by special guests Caleb a.k.a. @unimpressedfave and Conor a.k.a. @ConorReadsXMen to discuss the miniseries Inferno (2021), where Jonathan Hickman, joined by a rotating visual team led by Valerio Schiti, closes his tenure of the X-Books with a bang. We discuss the character work and dynamics, the continuity sweets and icks, and, of course, the comeback of the queer power couple of Mystique and Destiny, and what it means for a franchise in need of explicit complex queer storylines as this one. Watch the whole thing down bellow!
