First and foremost I want to thank everyone who played a part in not just the award show but putting everything together. From the people who sent in their nominations, to Cody for putting the show together, to Derb’s for doing all of the graphic design work, to JJ for showing up and being a motivating factor. His attitude was always “Let’s do this.” Which is what we needed to hear. Of course Tyler Ouellette for giving a platform and giving us Comic Watch. Comic Watch for many of us is not just a fun job but it has created a family. Ross Hutchinson for always being there when we needed him and kicking our asses when required.
A huge thanks to all of the creative teams in 2018. It was a great year for Comic Books, Movies and Television. There are so many people who deserve awards and nominations it was really impossible. I mean we have amazing series like Justice League to Captain America to Criminals, we as fans are very lucky to be alive in the time in age with such amazing talent right now.
