Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Red Hood #2
The Gotham War saw the fracturing of the Batfamily, with Jason Todd joining Catwoman’s side, looking to break the cycle of vigilante violence. A Zur-En-Arrh influenced Batman took Jason’s betrayal to the extreme, kidnapping the former Robin and reprogramming his personality with a Scarecrow fear toxin variation. Now, Red Hood is biologically unable to kill, just as the immortal Savages (Vandal and Scandal) have recruited the rogues of Gotham for one last fight.
