BOOM! Studios has revealed a first look at the upcoming neo-noir crime series, Slow Burn, set to release this October. The series comes from writer Ollie Masters, artist Pierluigi Minotti, colorist Alessandro Santoro, and letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, and features a cover by Matt Taylor with variants from Paul Azaceta, Tyler Jenkins, and Cliff Chiang. The book follows a criminal and her dying partner hide out in an old mining ghost town after a botched robbery. The town is plagued by a decades spanning fire generating a caustic haze.

Slow Burn #1 will be available in comic shops October 25, 2023. It is available for pre-order at your local comic shop. Digital copies can be purchased from content providers, including comiXology, iBooks, Google Play, and Kindle.
