After being broken and magically manipulated by Roxxon and A.I.M, Tony Stark is back in the Iron Man suit with a bone to pick. Stark is fighting for both his life and his company, trying to keep both away from the new Iron Monger. In the midst of corporate acquisitions, Stark has acquired a new tool to use in his war against the corporate foes.
