Skybound revealed a first look at, G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero – Duke #1, the next installment of the Silent Mission one-shot series. Written and drawn by Wes Craig with colors by Jason Wordie, the issue celebrates the classic G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero #21, which gained fame as a story that featured no dialogue. Duke is sent on a deadly mission to track a traitor through Cobra infested territory with the orders to do whatever is necessary.
Throughout April, Skybound is releasing five one-shots that utilize that storytelling device and is also releasing a reprinting of the original story with a new foreword by writer Larry Hama.
