I’m not one to write about advertisements. Advertising space is something that is paid for by companies wanting to sell products. But in some cases, an advertisement is far too good not to check out, or even to promote for free. We’re not talking about Black Friday sales here or bait-and-switch. I’m putting fingers to keyboard to tell you to get to Ollie’s and to get there fast. When you’ve loaded up your cart with hundreds of dollars worth of graphic novels, thank Comic Watch that you paid less than $20.

The DC Showcase editions were $2.99 or $3.99 depending on size. Smaller trades were $3.99-$4.99. Most hardcovers were $6.99.
