Hey, there wrestling fans!!

-WOW!!! What a week it’s been in the world of pro wrestling! And this coming week is even more packed, between a bunch of title matches during the week and you cant’ forget this weekend’s Hell in the Cell pay-per-view. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves, if you’ve missed anything from the previous week, chances are we’ve got it covered! Take a look:

Monday Night Raw: This was night 2 of the draft, so the action was a little on the light…Lana won a dual-branded battle royal to become the number one contender for the WWE Women’s Champion, Asuka…..The New Day defeated Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode to retain the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship…….Kevin Owens beat Alister Black in a no DQ match…..Ricochet beat Cedric Alexander by disqualification…

 

NXT Halloween Havok: looks to be an off-the-charts event!! This week, it was revealed that on that card two separate matches., Candice LaRea vs Io Sharie and Johnny Gargano vs Damien Preist, will be Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal matches…..It looks like Finn Balor’s unfortunate jaw surgery might put the NXT World Title in flux. GM William Regal is going to monitor his recovery and if it becomes too lengthy, she’s said he might have to determine other plans for the belt…The Undisputed Era beat Birch & Lorkin become the number one contenders for Breezango’s Tag Team Titles…Toni Storm made her return to NXT by beating Alliyah.

 

AEW Dynamite’s One Year Anniversary: …..FTR successfully retained their Tag Team Championships when they fought Best Friends. During the match one of the Best Friends broke Kip Sabian’s video game and as a result, Miro came out and attacked the Best Friends after the match…..Lance Archer was seen beating up John Maxley backstage before their match…….it took Chris Jericho & MJF about 15 minutes of TV time to agree to have dinner together next week…TNT Champion Cody battled the king of Sloth style, Orange Cassidy, to a time limit draw…….The Dark Order, the Butcher, and the Blade, Private Party, and the Young Bucks will compete next week for a chance to take on FTR…..Shida beat Big Swoll in a title match…John Moxley defeated Lance Archer in a no DQ match, afterwards, Eddie Kingston choked Moxley out…

 

The Smackdown Season Premiere: Featuring a brand-new opening of the show…New Day beat Cesaro, Nakamura, and Sheamus, afterwards, the New Day had a really nice celebration before they went their separate ways…Seth Rollins was confronted by Rey & Dominick Mysterio and Daniel Bryan. Murphy ran out to Rollins’ rescue but ended up turning on Rollins……Lars Sullivan beat Jeff Hardy…Roman Reigns beat Braun Stroman. After, Roman pleaded with Jey Uso not to go through with this coming weeks Hell in the Cell match, but Jey refused to listen….speaking of Hell in the Cell, Bayley actually refused to sign her HitC contract with Sasha Banks. What does this mean? I have no idea,

Hot Tags: Don’t be too surprised if Zelina Vega puts managing in the back seat and dials in her focus on her wrestling career…Rhonda Rousey’s been training with James Storm. Maybe it’s time for a comeback?……Remember, this week’s Smackdown (10/23) will air on FS1 instead of Fox. This is a one time deal. due to baseball……In double bad news, WWE house shows won’t be returning until 2022. If that wasn’t bad enough, Raw Underground has been canceled…….Eva Marie has signed a brand new WWE contract and has reported to the performance center to train.
