James Marsters (Victor Stein) confirmed at the Lexington Comic Con that the show has been renewed for a 10-episode season. The popular comic book series by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona follows the lives of six teens — Alex Wilder, Nico Minoru, Karolina Dean, Chase Stein, Gert Yorkes, Gert’s adopted sister Molly Hernandez. Who find themselves uniting toward one goal: defeating their criminal parents, known as The Pride. Reviews of seasons one and two have been mostly positive and well received. Show writers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage have found a knack with keeping the scripts fresh and easy to digest, managing to keep folks coming back to the next episode. The Runaways seemed to have found a safe and happy home on Hulu. Jeph Loeb (Marvel t.v. chief) after hearing the news regarding The Runaways renewal simply said: “thank you Hulu”. No doubt his sentiment comes from the massive cancellation of other Marvel shows. Stephanie Savage promises that “Season three will be a magical time on Runaways, as we deepen our connection to the Marvel universe”.

I remember stealing my older brother's copy of a Punisher comic and it was all down hill from there. I went to a Navy recruiter's office with the promise of cake. I was lied to and 20 years later here I am. I enjoy summers off with my family at our timeshare on Gallifrey.
