Image Comics revealed a first look at the upcoming oversized debut issue of Bug Wars, the new series from Jason Aaron, Mahmud Asrar, Matthew Wilson, and Becca Carey. Launching in February, the series follows a teenager from Alabama who is shrunk down and thrust into an epic war between various bug factions. The series mixes the magic and action of the creative team’s work on King Conan with a setting that matches A Bug’s Life.
Image shared a first look at the interior artwork from Asrar, Wilson, and Carey, which can be seen below. Additionally, Image also shared the first set of covers for the debut.
